The Montessori Collective An initiative of RoseBank Foundation Section 8 Not for Profit

Site architecture — recommended

Three zones. One site. One door per audience.

A map of the public site for The Montessori Collective, the brand and project run by RoseBank Foundation. Organised around the three concentric purposes you described: promote the movement, explain the Collective, and gate the registered area for declared-intent users. Existing pages retained; new pages marked. Trust-first CRO posture throughout — single primary CTA per page, soft waitlist capture in the footer band.

Existing pages need updating

Every HTML page now leads with "The Montessori Collective / An initiative of RoseBank Foundation" — site-wide rename pass completed 2026-05-22.

Primary conversion flows

Four paths the site must make obvious.

Each flow has exactly one primary CTA at its end. Everything else is either trust-building (governance, heritage, the Mark) or honest deferral (waitlist).

1 · Parent looking for a school

Home Find a School School Profile Enquiry form (school + CC the Collective)

Primary CTA on Home for this audience: "Find an authentic Montessori environment." Capture-and-forward, never centralised admissions. The Collective sees the funnel; schools own the relationship.

2 · Aspiring guide (career switcher)

Home Become a Guide Learn (method) Join Waitlist (role: aspiring guide)

The Collective does not train. The page is a navigator to AMI India / Hyderabad and other AMI centres; the waitlist sign-up is "let us know when member schools have positions and intern roles."

3 · Prospective founder (AMI-trained directress)

Home The Incubator The Mark Governance Join Waitlist (role: prospective founder)

This is the audience your platform-as-product framing is built for. The Incubator deserves its own top-level page, not a sub-section of For Educators. The Mark and Governance pages do the trust work.

4 · Funder / CSR / advisor

Home About the Collective Governance (RoseBank Foundation) How We're Funded Support

No waitlist for this audience — Support is the right end-point because the asks are concrete (founding members, advisors, funders, in-kind). The trust scaffolding (RoseBank Foundation governance + How We're Funded) matters most here.

Trust-first CRO principles

The conventions this site will and will not adopt.

One job per page.

A single primary CTA, sized and coloured to stand out. Secondary actions are present but de-emphasised.

Audience doors on the home page.

Three doors retained: parent, aspiring guide, prospective founder. Doors match the nav, match the H1 on the destination page.

Persistent soft waitlist capture.

A footer-band sign-up on every page. One field (email). Role chosen on the next screen, not on the band itself.

Scroll-end re-engagement.

Heritage, The Mark, and Learn end with a role-specific CTA, not a dead stop. A reader who's spent five minutes on Heritage is qualified.

No pop-ups, no exit-intent, no urgency tactics.

The brand exists to defend authenticity. Conversion gimmicks read as the opposite of authentic.

Honest deferral.

"Founding cohort opening [date]" beats "0 schools listed." "We'll write when the Mark goes live" beats empty placeholder pages.

Trust signals stacked early.

Section 8 in-formation, governance link, founder accountability, AMI lineage. Visible above the fold or in the first scroll.

Match-quality scent.

Nav label = page H1 = primary button copy. A visitor who clicks "The Incubator" lands on a page that opens with "The Incubator."

Reserved social-proof slots.

Founding-coalition logos, advisor bios, member-school count — slots exist now, filled as the coalition signs on.

Vocabulary discipline.

Guide, Children's House, work, prepared environment, three-hour work cycle. Never preschool, teacher, activities, playtime. This is what the brand is selling.
