These terms apply to your use of this website. The site is operated by RoseBank Foundation, an organisation in formation as a Section 8 not-for-profit. Until incorporation completes, it is operated by Darshan Mutha as the convener of The Montessori Collective, contactable at darshan@adityaedu.com.

What you can do with this site

Read it. Share links to it. Quote short passages for the purpose of comment, education, criticism, or news reporting, with attribution.

What you shouldn’t do

• Misrepresent yourself or impersonate someone else when you fill in a form.
• Attempt to disrupt, attack, or scrape this site beyond ordinary use.
• Use anything on this site to make false claims about The Montessori Collective, its standards, or member schools.
• Reproduce The Montessori Collective name, mark, or content in a way that suggests endorsement or membership that you have not actually been granted.

The accreditation framework

The draft Accreditation Framework published on the Mark page is a working draft and is not, in its current form, a finished standard against which schools are being accredited. Nothing on this site should be relied on as evidence that any school holds a current The Montessori Collective accreditation unless it is listed in the directory with an explicit status.

Member-school listings

Each member school listing reflects information provided by the school and verified by The Montessori Collective as part of the accreditation observation. The Montessori Collective takes reasonable care to keep listings current but cannot guarantee that every fact (fees, vacancy status, staffing) is up to the minute. The school is the authoritative source for its own details.

Where this site links to external resources — AMI, IMC, regulatory bodies, training centres — we have no control over their content and the links are provided in good faith for your convenience.

Intellectual property

The Montessori Collective name and wordmark, the masthead and visual identity, the published Mark and the practice rubric are the property of RoseBank Foundation. The written content on this site is © RoseBank Foundation unless otherwise attributed.

Liability

This site is offered as is. Decisions about choosing a school, training as a guide, or applying to the Incubator are yours; The Montessori Collective provides information and a framework but cannot be liable for the consequences of decisions you make. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Indian consumer law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai.

Changes

If we change these terms, this page will be updated and the “last updated” date at the top will move accordingly.
